In 2023, Mckinsey joined the Valley West team as our Kennel Assistant, and is progressing into a Veterinary Assistant. With a lifelong passion for animal welfare, Mckinsey has always dreamed of making a difference in the lives of animals and is committed to ensuring that every patient receives the highest quality of care. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her Dachshund named Archie.
