Dr. Payne received her undergraduate degree in Bio Chemistry at Marietta College in Ohio, then her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Purdue University in Indiana. Dr. Payne especially enjoys preventative care medicine, and life staging wellness exams.
Dr. Payne resides in Charleston with her fiancé and their 3 dogs! When she is not in the office, she enjoys hiking our beautiful state, photography, and hitting up a good antique shop!
