Meet Our Team

Sarah joined the team in 2025 and brings two years of experience in veterinary medicine. She is passionate about providing compassionate, high-quality care to every patient she works with.

Faith joined our team in December 2024 as a Customer Service Representative and has since transitioned into training as a Veterinary Assistant.

Fiona joined the Valley West Veterinary Hospital team in February 2022 and recently became part of the Elk Valley Veterinary Hospital team as a Farm Call Veterinary Assistant. Raised on a farm in Roane, West Virginia, she has extensive experience caring for a wide variety of animals.

Larissa recently joined the Elk Valley Veterinary Hospital team in 2025 as a Veterinary Assistant. Growing up on a farm, she developed a lifelong passion for animals through showing cattle and riding horses.

Neavoda joined the Elk Valley Veterinary Hospital team in 2024 as a Customer Service Representative. She brings a friendly attitude, positive energy, and a genuine love for animals to the front desk each day.

Jade joined our team as a Customer Service Representative in January of 2026 and has quickly become an integral part of our front desk.

Haylie joined the Elk Valley Veterinary Hospital team in 2025 as a Client Service Representative and is often one of the first friendly faces you’ll see when you walk through our doors.

Margaret has been greeting pet owners at Elk Valley Veterinary Hospital since 2004. Her favorite part of the job is connecting with clients. She enjoys developing meaningful relationships with both our clients and our patients. Her goal is to make a difference every single day.

Stephany has been a valued member of the Elk Valley Veterinary Hospital team since 2013. She began her career with us as a Customer Service Representative and, through years of dedication and leadership, has grown into her current role as Office Manager.

Daphne has been a valued member of the Elk Valley Veterinary Hospital team since 1998 and currently serves as Head Veterinary Technician at our Elk Valley Location.

Bridga is a Registered Veterinary Technician who joined the Elk Valley Veterinary Hospital team in 2008. She earned her Associate’s degree in Veterinary Technology from Fairmont State University/Pierpont Community and Technical College. Bridga enjoys working with both small and large animals.

Hannah joined Valley West in 2025 and has been working in the veterinary field since 2018. She enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine, with a special passion for exotic animals. She also has a strong interest in feline medicine, preventive care, and life stage wellness exams.

Tristian joined our team in 2026 and enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine, with a special passion for diagnostics in the laboratory.

Carly joined the Valley West Veterinary Hospital team in October 2014 after earning her Bachelor’s degree in Natural Science.

Katie joined the Valley West Veterinary Hospital team in June 2021. She grew up in Jackson County, gaining experience working with and showing animals at the local fair, and earned degrees in Animal Science and Veterinary Technology.

Hannah joined the Valley West Veterinary Hospital team in January 2023. She has earned a Certified Veterinary Assistant degree and is currently in school studying Veterinary Technology.

Marsha joined the Valley West Veterinary Hospital team in 1998.

Morgan is a Certified Veterinary Assistant who joined Elk Valley Veterinary Hospital in February 2024 and recently became part of the Valley West Veterinary Hospital team.

McKinsey joined the Valley West Veterinary Hospital team in 2023 as a Kennel Assistant and later earned her certification in the Veterinary Assistant program. She has a lifelong passion for animal welfare and is dedicated to providing compassionate care and support to every patient.

Sydney joined the Valley West Veterinary Hospital team in 2025. She is currently enrolled in the Veterinary Technology program at Carver Career Center and is dedicated to advancing her education in the field.

Tanesha is originally from Florida and joined the Valley West Veterinary Hospital team in January 2022. She has over 10 years of experience in veterinary medicine and is passionate about providing compassionate care to animals.

Vanessa began her career at our Elk Valley location in 2000 and earned her Associate of Applied Science degree in Veterinary Technology in 2001. She served as Office Manager from 2015 until taking on the role of Practice Manager at Valley West in late 2020.

Emma joined the Valley West Veterinary Hospital team in February 2025. She is a Registered Veterinary Technician and a 2025 graduate of Carver Career and Technical Center. Growing up on a farm with goats and cattle and being active in FFA, Emma developed a lifelong passion for animal care.

Beth joined the Valley West Veterinary Hospital team in 2008. She earned her Associate’s degree in Veterinary Technology from Fairmont State University/Pierpont Community and Technical College in 2004 and became a registered veterinary technician the same year.

Carly is a Registered Veterinary Technician and has been part of the Valley West Veterinary Hospital/Elk Valley Veterinary Hospital teams off and on since 2013.

Kat has been dedicated to the veterinary field since 2012 and joined the Valley West Veterinary Hospital team in April 2021.

Kate has been a member of the Valley West Veterinary Hospital team since 2011 and is a Registered Veterinary Technician. She earned her Associate of Applied Science in Veterinary Technology from Carver Career Center and Bridge Valley in 2012.

Emalee joined the Valley West Veterinary team in 2024. She has a genuine passion for animals and enjoys interacting with the diverse patients who come through the clinic.

Kristen has been on our Customer Service Team since 2009. Kristen has two cats named Ziggy and NuNu, and a Labrador Retriever named Toasted Marshmallow.

Laura, originally from Shrewsbury, WV, joined the Valley West team in October 2021, inspired by her love for animals. She shares her home with a cat named Jinx. In her spare time, Laura enjoys reading and traveling.

Traci joined the Elk Valley Customer Service Team in September 2018. She graduated in May 2016 from Central Michigan University with a Bachelor of Biology in Animal Science.

Dr. Keith spent her undergraduate years at West Virginia University and graduated from Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1992.

Dr. Isaac was born and raised in Charleston, WV.

Dr. Amy Isaac received her undergraduate degree from St. Lawrence University in Canton, New York and her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Georgia in 2002.

Dr. Tupta was born and raised in Charleston, WV where she graduated from Charleston Catholic High School in 2011.

Dr. Leadmon attended West Virginia State University for her undergraduate years, and then went on to graduate from the Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1999.

Dr. Katie Kobyra received her undergraduate degree in Animal Sciences from Purdue University in Indiana and her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from The Ohio State University.

Dr. Marshall received his undergraduate degree from West Virginia University in 1976.
