Dr. Marshall received his undergraduate degree from West Virginia University in 1976. In 1980, he graduated with a degree in veterinary medicine from Purdue University and has been practicing for more than 30 years. He joined the Valley West and Elk Valley practice in 1992.
Dr. Marshall is from South Charleston, WV. He is a member of the West Virginia Veterinary Medical Association and the American Veterinary Medical Association.
Dr. Marshall is married with three stepchildren and five grandchildren. He has eight horses, three cats, and four dogs. He enjoys gardening, fishing, and horseback riding, and he volunteers on the board of directors for numerous organizations.
